John 5: His real name is John Lowery, he was born on July 30, 1971. He has played guitar since age 6, and from 1989 to recently he has been a studio guitarist, and has worked with bands such as Red Square Black, foSTted, Ryan Downe, Wilson Phillips, Night Rangers, Two, Ozzy Osbourne, Raven Payne, One Way, Salt 'n' Peppa, kd lang, Pepperland, Lita Ford, Leah Andreone, David Lee Roth, and now Marilyn Manson. He also started the band "Red Square Black" with Randy Castillo, who was a long time Ozzy drummer. He would probably still be playing with them if he hadn't of been chosen over 2000 other guitarists to do the KD Lang 1996 world tour. The guitar he uses is an Ibanez GAX Series, AMP is a Laney VH100R heads.
