Marilyn Manson: Marilyn Manson (aka Brian Warner) was born Ohio. In his late teens, Manson worked as a music journalist in Florida. But when Manson decided to join the music scene as an artist, the result was one of the most controversial music figures of the 90s. His music was often upstaged by his own over the top persona, on-stage antics, and off-stage actions. The band itself has also shared in the controversy, and although the group's line-up has changed several times, band members could always be found changing their names to fit their image (often a combination of female celebrity icon and a serial killer). The name... Marilyn Manson is a combo of 60s icons Marilyn Monroe and Charles Manson.
